Absolutely ridiculous …… They suggest you to book appointment online and when you book, you are given an appointment at White House surgery to be seen by a nurse who informs that they cannot do anything and the issue has to be seen by a doctor.This has happened quite a few times with me and other family members. My question is simple what’s the point in making an appointment to be seen by a nurse who cannot prescribe or do anything about the issue and rebooked an appointment with doctor again the same day at a later time . So had to travel twice to the surgery within a couple of hours. I don’t see a point in making an appointment online only to be informed that either I have to rebook or contact the GP.

I’m very happy with the service! I filled the form online to book an appointment and within few hours they called me to confirm my visit for the next day. Reception, doctors and pharmacy staff very nice and helpful. Everything went smoothly. A doctor done few tests and prescribed me the right antibiotics. I highly recommended it!

I had my flu vaccine today and honestly I cannot express how impressed I was - very well organised, the staff and nurses were extremely kind and professional. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the nurse who gave my vaccine, but she was absolutely brilliant! Quick, pain free and very smiley and kind. In all, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Until yesterday my idea of the medical center was that was a good place and very professional. Unfortunately yesterday I got to see the otherside and I'm not sure if other people share the issues I faced. I have been sick for 5days with fever, cough with green phlegm and sore throat, unable to take more than paracetamol due to having a 7w baby that I'm breastfeeding, so requested an appointment to see what medication I could get as I'm felling very rundown with the sickeness and still breastfeeding on demand. So seems like the advise is lemon and honey, and even better and that was the bit that crossed the line for me, you can just Google it" so when I get to A&E with my child because Dr google was wrong is that professional liable for their words? And if I can just google it

Just been for flu jab, what a very efficient system: straight in, jab, straight out! No waiting, no hanging about, in and out in less than 2 minutes. Lovely staff too. Thank you all. See you next week for my covid jab. Same system, I hope.

Always been very helpful and quick to get an appointment - unlike my new Northampton surgery - who do not answer the phone.

Hilltops Medical Centre are one of the best and most efficient surgeries I've been a part of - Although not a frequent visitor, they are easily contactable, they come back to you very fast and the staff are lovely.

I logged an issue with my 7 year old daughter and was contacted by Cheryl on reception less that an hour later. The issue was resolved and she also assisted me with 2 other outstanding things I was struggling to find on the website. She was so friendly, understanding and sorted everything for me really efficiently. Thank you Cheryl. You’re amazing at what you do!

They managed to book me in one day after I made a request. I had a great experience, time for appointment was limited but nurse was very concerned about my problem and I felt she did everything she could to help me. More than happy with them

Dr Field is wonderful but the surgery in general is appalling. When requesting an appointment for my poor mental health, I was told by a receptionist that “appointments are for sick people”. While I understand that receptionists are told to triage patients, how dare they tell me that I am not unwell enough to see somebody. It has taken so much to finally reach out for help and this is the treatment they give. I only wish I could afford to go private.
