Found a property we were interested in viewing, my partner called and the lady told him she would contact the vendor and find it where they were at with the people currently renting the property. A week later we'd still heard nothing so I rang and spoke to a gentleman who, more or less, said the same thing. This was 2 weeks ago, we've still heard nothing and the property is still advertised For Sale. Very unprofessional.

Dealt with the lovely people at oakland when renting a property. Had a very warm and friendly service at any time I needed them. I unfortunately had to go through oakland when i was buying my first home. This progress is stressful enough as it is, hoping and making sure that everything goes to plan. These guys could not have made the experience anyway worse! Their work ethic, professionalism and even how they speak to potential buyers is outrages giving the line of work they are in. This has been the second encounter my family has had with them and both times it has not been anyway enjoyable. I hope i never have to go through them again when the time comes to buy another home. I hope no one else has to go through what we did and have the extra stress on their shoulders that comes with there disrespectful behaviour and lack of professionalism from there business.

I would to say a massive thank you to Oakland Estate Agents , especially the staff Martin and Sarah for all there help and professionalisms in selling and buying another property. Excellent Service, We until last week rented an Oakland Estate Agents managed property (which has now been sold) for almost 5 years, during this time we have found the staff to be very professional, friendly and approachable whenever we needed assistance ( e.g. Plumbing issue, faulty washing machine etc). We mostly communicated via email, which allowed us greater flexibility around our respective careers, as phone access was not always possible for my wife and I while in work. Having interacted with other estate agents in other Counties/locations over the years, I would highly recommend Oakland Estate agents to anybody seeking estate agent services in the Northwest. They work outside the standard 9am to 5pm hours, and even facilitated weekend internal painting of our house to accommodate our work hours.

Had two appointments for two houses and my sister received a phone call to say the house was sold on the day of the viewing. Do you know any seller who turns down a higher cash offer?I cancelled second appointment and they didn't even try to encourage sale for that client. Very unprofessional and underhand.
