Very pleased with the service I received. I needed to order flowers for my aunt's funeral, but with not living in the area I relied on google to help me find a florist. The website was easy to use and a great help in choosing the right arrangement, and the lady I spoke to was both very helpful and caring.The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and exactly as I was hoping for. Thank you so much.

Found Jannie, Jane 5 years ago when Jannie made a beautiful white lily display for my Husband's Coffin. Since then, I have sent flowers and plants to friends who have always been delighted, I am always amazed at how much cheaper Jannie's plants and flowers are than online flowers and plants, and always delivered on time sometimes same day I need a quick present. I know once Jannie has my order it will be received with smiles.

Lovely healthy selection of flowers. Visited to gather some flowers so I could make some arrangements of my own. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Will be going back soon.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's. By early afternoon, no flowers. This was after I ordered some for a birthday two weeks earlier. Phoned shop, lady answered. Not done order yet. Asked for money back, Yes ok I was told. Never got money back on my debit card. Phoned twice more, was told will bring money round...still waiting..6 weeks later. Oh well, she must need it more than me !

Phone call at 10.30 on a Saturday morning with a request to collect by 12, as we were heading to OHs grandads grave.Friendly and helpful discussion re colours, and agreed a price.Arrived to collect an hour later and was stunned. Beautiful flowers, stunning arrangement and decorated with ribbons based on one comment gleaned from the phone call.Thank you so much.... as i said when we collected, I know they would have cost at least 3 times as much had i bought where i used to live

We always called up Janey, over the years to send flowers to our mum in Norfolk from birthdays and celebrations to funerals, service is always discreet, professional and sensitively handled. Thank you especially for our recent delivery. Mum was over the moon with her freshly cut flowers.

Very disappointing experience. I should have gone with my gut feeling when the owner’s telephone manner was rushed as if my order wasn’t important. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt given it was late on a Friday afternoon. I then tried three times to request a full receipt for my accounts and was fobbed off each time with a promise to send it when her laptop was fixed. It never happened. To top it all, the £50 bouquet of flowers wilted after two days then. Lesson to self: always trust your gut instinct.
