Excellent service from this company,rang yesterday to request repair to front door,Paul provided a clear idea as to costs over the phone and his colleague Ryan arrived this afternoon as agreed,he was very helpful and professional,I had a mortice lock replaced as well as a yale lock andam extremely pleased with both jobs,Ryan explained exactly what was needed and all at a very reasonable price.I would have no hesitation using them again!Thank you

Excellent service came within 30 minutes and drilled locked replaced gave us 3 keys all done within 30 mins.Price was same as quoted over the phone. Callout drill lock and replace for 75 plus vat.Very happy with the service.Thanks very much. Mike and Susan

Paul was very helpful and quick with fixing of our door which wouldn’t open due to the key being stuck. He was able to get to our flat and fix the door with further advice and explanation on what the issues was, all within an hour. This was all done with a reasonable price and would definitely recommend his workmanship.
