I took my car in for a basic oil change, brake fluid flush and annual MOT on an older Honda Legend, and the folks there were very patient and understanding of my somewhat eccentric way of taking care of my car. Zak in particular was very professional and appreciated why I was so particular about my car. Thank you to all and I will be back again next time.

They carried out the annual service and MOT. They reminded me of the deadline in good time. Booking an appointment was easy and they arranged for my car to be collected and returned on the day. I was alerted about 45 mins before pick up. I received a video record of the inspection and was contacted about other recommended works. I had told the pick up driver that I was changing cars next month and would be selling my current car. He passed this onto the sales team who followed up with a provisional offer to buy. All in all a great service.

Took my car for an MOT and a service at Stratford Honda. We have 3 Civics in the family and every time we come over we are so well looked after. All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The service and MOT is done with care and good attention to detail. They send you a video at the end of your MOT/Service to show you the underneath of your car and they explain in detail what they've done. Wouldn't go anywhere else.The level of service is next to none.Thank you Stratford Honda.

The service consultant Jonathan remained helpful and professional throughout this service process and this is consistent with past experiences. Sadly a double administrative 'mix up' that required the involvement of a colleague resulted in a response from her that was inappropriately combative.

First MOT and 3rd year service. Carried out quickly and efficiently. Kept very well informed before and during service. Took opportunity to discuss and take out extended warranty. Considering it includes extensive Honda Breakdown and recovery, payable in 10 monthly instalments, at a time of rising costs, for peace of mind it’s worth considering,

I took my car in for an MOT, the service desk were efficient as always. I received a call after about an hour to say my brakes were worn and needed to be replaced. I was presented with a coat on the call and the old brakes were kept so I could see the wear on them. Once the vehicle was ready I received a text to say it was ready for collection. Upon collection the service desk were efficient and directed me to my vehicle. All in all an excellent service received
