St Oswald's Hospice Charity Shop - Sunderland

horrible and rude staff, I have a medical exemption from wearing a face covering and they decided to call me a disgrace for not wearing one when my back was turned, after I explained I was exemp.. they stared at me the whole time I was in the shop I was so uncomfortable I left and I feel very discriminated against, I don’t shop here any more and this was one of my favourite shops. The woman had red short hair and there was another woman there too I think she was blondeDisappointing

This shop staff is super rude and unapologetic! They treated me really bad for nothing!!!!!I bought stuff and wanted to return some back, they were horrible and started laughing at me while leaving, so much disrespect for human beings when they should be the kindest for working in such field!!!!!!They have no return policy, only swap, but don't tell you that when you buy something!
