This is one of the best customer service experiences I have experienced. He was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humor., He did a fantastic job fixing the heal and soul of my shoe, which had been eroded away from use and at half the price of other stores. 10/10 job would recomend to anyone

Ye Olde Cobbler
This is a valuable shop to have in Pershore, not only because it provides expert key cutting and shoe repair but also because it is full of traditional quaintness and charm. There's a sense of it having always been there, tucked away off Broad Street, effective and a little frayed at the edges like a well-worn slipper! A place always to return to rather than heading off for a more 'plastic' and impersonal shop in a bigger city or shopping mall.
