I had a great experience when purchasing a used car from here. Prices were not overinflated and were really good against the current market. Gavin was extremely helpful and communications were excellent. Where it counts is aftersales so waited a bit before writing a review. There were a couple of small issues and these guys dealt with these very well. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

this garage is a joke, how can a car price just go up once the deals done, robert says once earny goes he will have it all, this guy is a joke, even if he gave a car for free, i wudnt take it. A disgrace to toyota, cheap nasty salesman.

The trainee was great and we would have probably bought a car if it wasn't for the main sales guy. Obviously not interested in getting a sale. Didn't have the best attitude towards us. Put my wife's back up and we walked away.

If you're looking for a Toyota then go and speak to the guys here, especially Robert. He's been absolutely fantastic with me. Realised early on in the conversation that my partner was there as support for me, made me go away to think if I really wanted the car I was interested in and if the deal he'd worked out was OK with me.Think the best thing about our interaction was the fact that Robert wouldn't let me just jump right in and buy a car, he wanted me to be absolutely sure that it was a transaction I wanted to make! You don't get salesmen like that anymore.

If there was a minus star, I would have given you it, poor salesman Robert , no sense of customer services, no communication, surprisingly the prices goes up as u driver from Glasgow to the garage, I don't care if Robert will own garage when earny dies, that's none of my business.
