We bought a giant cookie for our daughter's birthday. We had the decorating picture personalised to a bear character and it turned out lovely as well as tasty.Our daughter loved it so much.Thank you Aurine!!

Used twice in 2 weeks for xl birthday cookies, would of been 5 star as cookies are really tasty but they got the 2nd order wrong and couldn’t change it as was personalised message luckily the message was ok just not the cookie specifications as ordered.

Great service cookie cake was ready on time for collection. Son loved the dinosaur design and the flavour was superb

Disgusting customer service. Ordered a cookie cake for a birthday. Had the cheek to charge me £8 for a Saturday delivery then it didn’t even bother to turn up. No communication from them that it wasn’t going to turn up either. Emailed customer service and they said it’s in there T&Cs that they don’t have to deliver on the specified date and that I should have read them. Who reads T&Cs when buying a cookie. What a joke of a company.

Found a long hair running throughout the cookie. The staff do not wear hairnets or hats.Took it back to show them. Given replacement but no explanation from staff.Simply unacceptable.Hygiene standards should be reviewed immediately.Buy from them with caution!!

The cookies were lovely and reasonably priced. I found the menu a bit confusing, therefore finding it quite awkward trying to order. I could barely understand who was serving and they weren’t very friendly. There was quite a lot of choice in flavours and you could put any of those cookies into a cookie shake. Me and my friend enjoyed a fresh cookie and a cookie shake but there weren’t any seats supplied so we had to go sit elsewhere-which wasn’t too much hassle.

I won't come here again. I got two milkshakes and asked for the cookie add on offer. The server argued they weren't for the type of drink I'd ordered. The person I assume was her boss told her to do it as it did apply. She then told me the cost for the card tap. I asked for the receipt. She still hadn't added the cost for the offer, and she had lied about the total charged to my card. When I asked her about it she told me it wasn't her fault, that she had to add it into the till differently to the way she had done it. I left it there, no point in arguing with someone like that. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I'd just suggest you ask for a receipt and you check what you're being charged. Technically that's theft right?!? At the very least fraud.

The cookies ALWAYS look soo tasty. This particular day I was going to get my son a small cake for going to school. He's just started and had done 2 days of visits which is good for him. The little cakes I was looking at were £1.79 so very affordable especially if like me you dont have alot of money. And they smell sooo good. They do alot too. I used to love getting a birthday cookie. Definitely a good alternative to a birthday cake.

Cookies are very small and thin. Delivery takes forever!!!!! And to be honest they don't taste that great. They just taste like the sort you can make at home but with even less flavour
