Cooleasy

Great air conditioning unit installed in our garden room by Cooleasy. It is very easy to use, has settings for cool, heat and a dehumidifier and they all work brilliantly. The installation was simple, straightforward and no fuss. I don't have experience of any other air con companies but would definitely recommend Cooleasy.

Not good. I ordered a system expected for next-day delivery, but the status was pending all day. I called them next day to find out what happening then they asked to provide an installer Gas certificate before the item can be dispatched!Not received any email or phone call after purchase about the F-gas sertificate request!I asked to cancel an order, status was still pending for all day and my refund not processed.What a waste of time ?!!! Bought from Aircon direct without any issues !!! Filled form before paiment !

Great service and a brilliant aircon unit. Communication was excellent and all parts arrived when promised. Easy to install and company checked FGAS engineer to ensure safe install. Would highly recommend both company and product - I am very pleased and considering purchasing another unit - thanks Cooleasy.

Great company. They were responsive and helpful both pre and post installation to give us what we needed and dealt with a manufacturer issue that arose on our air con unit quickly to make sure we were back up and running in no time. Thanks to the team. :-)

We are delighted with our LG Dual Inverter Air conditioner! CoolEasy recently fitted it as part of a garden studio installation. They delivered on time and their installer was flexible and able to meet our needs during installation. The unit is quiet and easy to use and keeps the studio warm when it's cold outside and cool when it's hot. We couldn't use our south-facing studio without it! A quality product and company.

Purchased 2 units for Cooleasy a few years ago, 1 unit perfect and still running faultless, the other has been nothing but constant problems. We have spent a fortune I'm Engineer call outs and repairs and now cooleasy are putting as many obstacles in the way to avoid honouring the warranty they advertise. They want us to expend out even more money for Engineer reports and certifications etc.... the Engineer cleary won't do this for free....and then they expect us to pay for Engineer labour to replace their faulty u it (again!!! Already had to pay for re-gas and fit because of cracked fitment on original hoses). £450 unit....£600 in Engineer visits and an further £200+ to actually be able to claim on the fake warranty they advertise. Avoid these at all cost, just shifting product and no customer service

Excellent service from Cooleasy. They were really good at keeping us informed right from the booking date until the installation date. Very helpful administration staff and knowledgeable installing engineer. Nothing was rushed and the work was completed to a very high standard, and the room was left very tidy afterwards.Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install heating/air conditioning units, they are top class.

Had to call these guys for some advice. They were so attentive, so patient and so helpful. Good old fashioned customer service as it should be - a rare thing these days.

Amazing service from start to finish. The customer service from Jono leading up to the installation was great, he kept me informed of all the necessary information along the way. The initial site survey was quick & easy and the installation itself went perfectly! I’m so happy with my new air con unit, it really adds a touch of class to our home office and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cooleasy to anyone considering the investment.
