Luton Hall for Hire

It was clean when I had arrived and the hall is quite big in general.

Terrible place, to think people hire this for weddings astonishes me, staff are awful to deal with, they have no grounds to keep our deposit but refuse to refund it. Don't trust the other reviews, they are fake, posted by people who help run the hall.

I would highly recommend this building. Many friends and family have used this hall for hire . Space is very spacious and can accommodate loads of people . Great people to deal with trustworthy. Very clean and regularly maintained well. Keep up the good work and will highly recommend and use in the future.

Decent hall for small parties and function ❤️Close to town centre and easily accessible via public transport

DO NOT HIRE - yes it has disabled access, but no accessible toilets. In fact the only toilets are two cubicles within the kitchen area, where the basins are situated. This is the only source for water in the building. The boiler has not been serviced since 2016, which is in the hall. I was not happy to turn on the boiler, so we froze. The kitchen/toilet area is dirty and not clean enough to even make a cup of tea. When a refund was requested for future bookings made, it was refused on the basis they didn't receive adequate notice, although an email was sent in plenty of time, they denied receiving it.
