Worst company I've had to deal with, carers are in general very good but office staff and management seem to only care about taking our money and are of no help. Carers always seem to be pushed to get to the next call because office has given them over lapping calls. Would not recommend company but would the actual recommend the care staff.

Terrible company. The problem is not with the care staff but the office staff and the managers who only seem to care about taking our money. The amount of times i just havent had a call because my regular carer is off and they haven’t bothered to cover her calls is ridiculous. And when you call to complain they dont seem to care.

Worst company my wife has to deal with the staff is amazing but the office is just of no use we call to try and see if issues will be resloved we get nothing plus they are very understaffed and the staff on the run has to try and cover for others who are not in proposterous.
