I've been coming to classes for over 5 years and thoroughly enjoy them. I love the variety of dances and music in a friendly environment.

I have been going to Sam's FitSteps classes for a few years now and they are so much fun and the steps are easy to follow, with great music to dance to, while getting fit at the same time.Sam is really friendly and welcoming and makes the class really enjoyable.I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

I have been doing FitSteps on a Monday morning for 4 years and I love it. Its the most fun I've had getting fitter. Sam is fab - she has a great sense of humour (much needed with my 2 left feet) and theres a brilliant rapport in the class. We've lost a couple of dancers so why not give it a try, you'll get a very friendly welcome
