Fantastic place! Went on a buzzy early Friday evening. Very popular and although busy, was not overcrowded and the service was quick, friendly and attentive throughout. Drinks and food arrived so quickly after ordering. Piping hot , tasty and generous portions. I had the chicken caesar salad, which was really packed with fresh chicken and additional avocado , a side of sweet potato fries were great but not needed given the size of the salad. My friend had three plates with fries and was similarly full. I highly recommend - heard the breakfast is amazing too so we'll be going back to try it out!

Friendly staff, mediocre food. Great allergy options.Had a goats cheese salad here. The salad had so much dressing on that the leaves were swimming and soggy, the chef really needs to put less liquid and dressing on their salads.My partner had a chicken panini, he said the chicken was chewy and unseasoned, the panini also wasn’t fully toasted so was part bread.Nice for a coffee and to chill, but food really isn’t great. The chef at the Mokka in Keynsham is fantastic!

The food is excellent. A good range for meat eaters or vegetarians. The small plate options are not so small so the 3 for 16 quid odds is a good deal and you get to try a range of things. The service is good and a nice atmosphere if a little noisy as the sound bounces of the walls and ceiling. It's still up there as one of my favourite eating places though!

Been a few times with my family., Well looked after by all the staff. always a warm welcome by all and Manager. Food was great and we all have had a lovely time. Top marks from us.

Nice atmosphere and place. There are many flowers and everything is quite aesthetic.Nice and big dishes with good prices and lovely staff.The only think I disliked was the very short table we were accommodated in, It wasn't very pleasant eating hunched over.

Went here with my mum after a long drive for some lunch. Service was friendly and attentive. Good value for money, big portions and tasted good. Server with short browney hair, glasses black head was lovely. Good music and lighting. Clean toilet.

Needing somewhere for breakfast with nice, polite and friendly staff? Head here!My first visit to downend and also being on my own and a bit nervous walking in alone and straight away made welcome and shown to a booth which was clean and comfy with power sockets should I have needed my phone or laptop charged.Plenty of Gluten free and dietary options on the menu.Food was quick but not rushed, I had the large breakfast (without mushrooms) (see picture) and it tasted great and was slightly more than I could eat.

AVOID Came in today for a coffee which I came and expressed my opinion about how it tasted and I wasn’t happy for the money I paid so I asked politely if the coffee could be swapped for a different one and was told it’s my fault if I don’t like how it was made and to buy another one. Definitely would not be returning here as I found the way I was treated was horrible and again treating the customer like an idiot instead of giving me another drink. Customer service needs work as I’ve never been treated like that before when I have had a complaint.
