I've shopped at the store in Preston a number of times now, latest today. Each visit has been 100% pleasurable. Knowledgeable staff providing honest advice and not just selling you the latest most expensive bit of kit, but helping and advising the best for you Very friendly and helpful. Always prepared to go that extra step to please the customer. Highly recommended.

Went in to use a voucher didn't have what I wanted but a staff member ordered what I wanted with no problem, pick it in a couple of days. Shop nice and clean. Will visit again.

Yet again Leo at the preston store has been very helpful and professional, I had a problem with some golf shoes and I had lost my reciet, he emailed me the reciet after a phone call,I live in Yorkshire so I can now go to my local outlet, excellent cheers leo

All the staff are excellent at the Preston store, always get really good advice and never get the hard sell when I shop here, quite the opposite as they want to help with your game.Side note to head office…The store is in need of a refurbishment as internally it looks dated with old carpet and ceiling tiles along with a mix of halogen and LED lights that doesn’t make for a pleasant shopping experience.
