Great service, every time we moved, we used Francesco’s services to tune our piano

After reading some of the reviews felt like I had to say that my own experience has been greatReally informative and helpful. I don't play and making the purchase for my child. Felt really reassured and spent the time with me and my list of questions.

Fantastic service with delivery included (even got the piano up onto the stage in my venue for me) and charming, diligent staff both over the phone and on email throughout. 10/10

Tom is as helpful as ever. We bought our piano from him just before lockdown 2.0 back in Nov. Fantastic services - the piano was delivered to us in perfect condition. We also booked the piano tuner, Francesco, through Hampstead Pianos. Another fantastic service. He had to visit twice as one of our cord was broken which he came two days in a row. We have this piano for over half a year now. My daughter loves it!!!!

We rented a piano for 9 months from Hampstead Pianos and it was great. We recieved a Kawai K15E in brand new condition. They installed and removed it with no effort on our part. Would happily recommend them

Lovely people but unfortunately their niceness isn’t reflected in the product they provideI bought a restored bechstein a few years ago which effectively has been disintegrating ever since; over the last 6 months I tried to get them to see whether they can mend the poor thing and other than a tuner who basically told me some 10-20 keys needs to be redone I have in vain been trying to get them tell me honestly whether this thing can be rescued or whether it’s one for the dump. I wouldn’t even have bothered with the review if they had come clean about the quality of work... but after 6 months trying to get them help me on this I have had enough. Needless to say I won’t be buying anything from them again. Shame given as said how nice they actually are.

Reluctantly leaving this review because I have known Tom, the owner for many years and in my experience he is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I used to rent pianos from him and he transported my present Piano safely to my home many years ago. However I recently booked an Italian tuner via Hampstead Pianos. The time he spent tuning was shorter than any previous tuning. As soon as he had left after tuning I noticed a flat bottom G string. I phoned him immediately. He promised several times to come back to re-tune it. 6 weeks have passed after many excuses and nasty messages calling me incompetent. It's a joke.

good service from Tom when we bought our new K300. Touch up tuning was timely and nicely done.
