Staff are all really friendly and you can have great conversations. Friendly relaxed atmosphere I was offered teas and coffees throughout. They do alot of charity work too from selling books, puzzles, collecting old bras, running marathons etc. They mainly offer appointment only but I was lucky to be able to walk in off the street and they had availability. Lovely place and lovely staff
