Fix Station

The staff were friendly and helpful but not sure if I was overpriced as I am new in London. I requested them to fix the broken screen of our iPhone 10x and to replace the CPU of the not functional HP laptop. They charged me £30 for checking the laptop then £250 to repair it. Not sure if this is the normal charges in London. £80 for the iPhone.

Abdul is an amazing champ, i came to him with my wreack phone almost nothing was right with that phone to get fixed and transfer my data as well he convinced me buying new phone nd he transferred everything. Great work amazing staff.

EXTREMELY amazing phone service. water damage and ink leaking from my iphone. face id was not working as well. EVERYTHING was fixed in 10 minutes, good as new for a great price. this was also my second time using the repair services. my hp laptop was ink damaged as well and got the same experience. highly recommend

I would recommend anybody to go there if you have a laptop issue. The staff is very nice and trustworthy. Before coming to this shop, i went to quite a many shops. And all of them said it will take 3-4 days but the data cannot be recovered. But when i came to this shop, they looked at my laptop carefully and assured that the data could be saved which was very important for me. Thanks to Abdul Ji, Wakaji .

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Fix Station:I had an absolutely terrible experience with Fix Station. The staff members were incredibly rude and lacked any kind of manners. Customer service skills are absolutely zero. It's astonishing how disrespectful and offensive their behaviour was.Not only do they sell fake products, but they also lie about the quality of their items. When a problem arises, they show no willingness to assist or provide any form of compensation. They simply do not care about their customers' satisfaction.To make matters worse, they refuse to refund your money, even when it's clear that they are at fault. Instead, they engage in disrespectful and vulgar language, hurling insults and profanities at their customers. It's truly shocking and unacceptable.Furthermore, their supposed expertise is a complete farce. They talk a big game but have no real knowledge or skill. They are nothing more than empty claims and false pretences. Their only goal is to deceive and take advantage of unsuspecting customers.I strongly advise against ever visiting Fix Station. Their lack of integrity, terrible customer service, and fraudulent practices make them completely untrustworthy. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by avoiding this store at all costs.
