This is the second car I have purchased from Yeomans Bognor Regis and on both occasions I received excellent customer service. A big thank you to Adrian Thomas for this help throughout the process. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle from Yeomans Bognor Regis, although it is my third Qashqai, this one being the N connecta E power.From my first visit walking through the door I felt very welcome . No hard sell. Arranged a test drive and loved the vehicle. I'd like to record my appreciation of the professionalism and care Adrian Thomas at Yeomans of Bognor Regis showed during my recent used car purchase there.I live more than a hundred miles from the dealership so Adrian had sent me a video walk round of the car. He pointed out a couple of cosmetic issues that he promised would be addressed. The car was to be fully prepared before my arrival so that if satisfied, I could drive it away the same day.That's exactly what happened. Yeomans had prepared the car extremely well. A three year old Juke that looked almost like new.Professionally handed over, all questions answered. I really can't see how Adrian (and his colleagues) could have been more helpful.

The folks here are an amazing bunch. They bent over backwards to find me a great deal on a new car. The salesperson, Alan made the whole experience very easy and well informed! Contact was always made on every update from the car leaving the factory, the financing and final drive day. Would recommend both the dealership and Alan if you're looking for a new Nissan.
