My muscles can get tight from exercising so I’ve been seeing John for a few years to help relax and release them.It’s part of my monthly routine to see John, for my physical health but also for self-love and my well-being.He is friendly and easy to talk to and I would recommend seeing him for those pesky tight points in your body or just for a good massage.

Definitely recommend!Having suffered with my shoulders for such a long time, I didn't think anything would work but John has really helped me.Nothing is too much for him and always makes me feel relaxed, and at ease.Very professional, always making sure I'm comfortable and goes the extra mile to check on me the next day to see how I'm feeling.Can't wait for my next session!

Cannot fault John, easy to get along with and makes you feel at ease. Talks you through the process and tells you what he will be doing. Amazing and I have had a lot of massages due to a chronic pain condition. Available at very short notice for a home visit. My whole body felt light and pain free for the first time in years and I was finally able to relax. I felt very safe with John and he is explained what he was doing throughout the massage. Very kind and caring and didn’t finish until my body was happy. Highly recommend and also very reasonable price.

When I was introduced to John, I had been struggling with an ongoing knee injury from running and playing tennis. The first session I couldn't even move, let alone run or play tennis, which are my 2 main loves. At the end of the session he had me moving around more freely. He gave me exercises to go away and do which eased the pain. After a few sessions I was able to run and play tennis again. As time has continued I am now able to do both again on the same day which something I never thought I would be able to do. I ensure I book in every month to keep me supple and it allows me to play the sports I love now my body is getting older. I also know what exercises to do when I start to feel sore again to ease the stiffness. John is very friendly and puts you at ease straight away and my 2 dogs love him as well with the treats he brings :)
