We had a problem with the roof valley due to storm damage and wear and tear. I spoke to John and he came out to see the job and sent us a quote that evening. We booked in for John to do the job and he was very prompt and polite. As the job was at my elderly Aunts house he was happy to liaise with me her Niece throughout the process. He turned up early on the day and he made a very neat job of the work and explained to me what he had done. I would recommend JCL roofing for any job you may have. He also mended the guttering joints and emptied a downpipe that was blocked and causing damp.

John and his team were brilliant from start to finish.When John came out to quote he was thorough and spent time talking through what was needed.We were happy with the conversations that had been had and also the quote that came through so we scheduled the work in with him.John was punctual, considerate, communicative, respectful, courteous and tidy. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and went above and beyond.The work was completed within the time frame given, John and his team also tidied up very thoroughly, cleaning up all waste and rubbish as well as sweeping around afterwards. They also swept around the neighbours garden where there had been some debris.We are very pleased with our new roof and we would highly recommend JCL Roofing.
