Mick was fantastic from the word go. He came round one evening and explained different options, for what we would be able to have in our living room. We had not even been to look at stoves yet, so his advice was most helpful. He even suggested a local shop where we could purchase the burner.Mick and Dave came to do the work to the chimney first. They were so clean and tidy. You can see they take real pride in their work. We had our stove installed yesterday and we are so pleased with it. First class service from start to finish. His advice alone saved us hundreds of pounds. Installed in one day without mess, fuss or drama. The only drawback is he is booked months in advance. Highly recommended and worth waiting for.

After a frustrating experience with another supplier, Healey's Stoves were a breath of fresh air! We had an initial home visit to understand which wood stoves were suitable for our property. Mick certainly knows his stuff and was more than happy to answer all my questions. Once we were ready to go ahead, Healey's Stoves worked closely with the company we had ordered the woodstove from to make sure everything was ready for our installation date. No chasing, no stress. Such a breeze. They arrived promptly on the morning of our installation date and had everything finished before lunch. We are so happy with the final result and would highly recommend!

Ordered our stove from Cromwell Stoves who recommend Mick and Dave Healey to do site survey visits and installation. What a great team, they arrived bang on time at 8am, swept the chimney, installed the chimney liner and wood burning stove, hoovered, cleaned up and were finished by 11.30am, we were given full instruction on the do's and don'ts of a new wood burner, they lit it and waited until they were absolutely sure that all was in order before leaving and we know we have the chimney sweeping already booked for next year. A fantastic job well done. Highly recommended if you want a wood burner or have one with issues and need some sound advice putting it right. Oh and 1 coffee white no sugar and 1 white with one!
