I bought a voucher via Groupon for cut and blowdry, unfortunately I wasn't able to use it as the lady in charge of the salon didn't give me a chance to book an appointment, even if I was willing to add another treatment to pay in the salon.Unprofessional!

I've been to Annissy's a few times and have always had an excellent experience. Flora is friendly, polite and professional, and she really goes above and beyond by explaining the techniques and products she is using on your hair. When I went in today for a cut, colour and treatment, my hair was straggly, damaged and full of different tones, and it is now completely transformed - I love it! The salon is very competitively priced, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Annissy and Flora to anyone.

I booked through treatwell and the hairdresser didn't turn up and she didn't bother to cancel the appointment so I went all the way there for no reason. The place looked very dingy so maybe it was a blessing in disguise.

Flora was absolutely amazing. I went for a wash, cut and blow-dry after a very long time and I left the salon feeling very very happy. I'd defo recommend.

I went to a different salon prior to this one and in other words they lied and messed my hair up, flora the lovely lady has so much experience and she suggested a olaplex treatment which totally worked. Had another service with her for keratin straightening and once again she smashed it. She is wonderful and only for her I will be going back there from now on
