Springvale Pharmacy

This is such a good pharmacy with wonderful staff. I have had my prescription sent from my doctors in London whilst in lockdown with my mum. They have been so helpful throughout the time I have had to use their services.

2nd time medication has failed to arrive in the last few months, after requesting meds the week previously. Zero management of expectations on supply & told to call elsewhere to find insulin at the last minute.

Friendly happy and always very polite staff and pharmacists especially Eric, always happy to help with any enquiry you may have. In this pharmacy you feel very welcome as the staff talk to you whilst you wait for your prescriptions, I now live in stanmore but very much prefer to attend springvale pharmacy

As a fellow Healthcare professional, I applaud the service the staff here provide! The staff are helpful and very knowledgeable, and I am ways welcomed with a warm and friendly greeting. Thank you for making my first personal experience with a repeat prescription not so terrifying xx

These worst run pharmacy winchester has such a shame. Maybe able staff will replace the current ones at retirment. Staff work in there all hours yet still make errors and refuse to admit there errors. Tescos have rectified all the many eric and clan errors thanks tesco recommend

This is such a good Chemist. The staff and pharmacists are polite, really helpful, friendly and so spot on with their advice. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

If only all businesses were as efficient, considerate and kindly, the world would be a happier place. Many many thanks to Eric and the team for ensuring that medicines I need--often at short notice--are quickly delivered to my door. Love them all.

I find that I'm treated like a second class citizen because I'm on a controlled medication which I have to pick up daily. I find the owner can be rude too. Some staff are great and helpful others share the owners viewS of people wiH substance misuse problems. I've been warned not to talk to customers and when I first began to use this chemist was asked not to steal either. I found this discriminating and offensive.

Doctors are lucky to have a pharmacist in the community like this.The caring attitude of the pharmacist, and the genuine concern for each customer by the staff, makes this special. But the service goes far beyond the routine handing out of prescriptions and product guidance.- Bandaging my hand when I turned up with a badly bleeding thumb- -Examining mobile phone photos sent to him out of hours and responding in minutes with emergeny advice for my wife- Suggesting I could obtain an expensive lotion on prescription, rather than pay from my own pocket.And all this against a trading background of rising prices, and severe shortages of many medical products.One big gold star for this pharmacy.Sam Knight

Great, friendly, service and staff go out of their way to be helpful. We are so lucky to have this pharmacy on our doorstep.
