Absolutely disgusting behaviour by their tech staff member who verbally abused me, called me a liar and charged at me pushing me out of the way and shouting 'get out of my face' simply because I asked in frustration, after 7 weeks of them having our broken nespresso machine, where our refund was or any information about what was happening. No contact whatsoever about fixing it, refunding, vouchers nothing...we had to visit 4 times and still nothing. They have consistently lied and offered no solution. Will never buy from them again. I'd give them 0 stars but it's not an option.

Paid for new washing machine to be delivered to flat and installed and old one taken away. A SERVICE WE PAID for and delivery drivers refused point blank to do this. Also, don't bother will calling customer service as they just tell you to go into store to sort. Massively disappointed. Why offer this service!!!

Stole 60 pounds from me.Sent in my laptop for repair, the repair gets delayed by 3 weeks, they tell me I might be entitled to compensation because of how long its taking. They sent it back to me UNFIXED saying we didn't fix your laptop because the cost of repair was more than you wished to spend" but I NEVER said that there was an amount I wouldn't be willing to spend??? AND they're refusing to refund the initial 60 pound fee. The manager is either a criminal mastermind or mind bogglingly incompetent. DO NOT GO HERE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS."

I had the money to buy a freezer but the assistant was disinterested in selling me one ,after the first I chose wasn't available ,so I chose another more expensive one he told me they have that one in stock , but he pointed out it was £80 pounds dearer ,I would have been happy to buy it but he just walked away . So I bought one from amazon on line for £200 more than I would have spent in currys . I won't ever step foot in currys ever again, it doesn't surprise me that shops are going into administration and closing down.

Called today to look at a Huawei GT4 in gold or silver. Stood by the Huawei display for 10 minutes and there were 2 people on the tills. Nearly walked out. Couldn't look at one because there was no stock. Salesman said you can order one for Monday. Went home and ordered one online and it is arriving in the morning.

Terrible......just been innwith the premise of spending up to 5k on two phones and a laptop and tablet only for........nothing in stock and if you want the it" phone you have to order it!!! Ether that or you can have it in a colour you dont want ....was told to try Argos instead....Certainly will never use currys again as it was an absolute farce and assistant not really bothered he let that much money walk out of the door?"
