GREAT staff and GREAT first time shopping experience at your store!Your staff went above and beyond to ensure that I got the perfect new harness for our little dog Paco, and adjusted it again and again to make sure the fit was perfect for him and that it was the right one for the job. We had purchased a different one from another store and found that if he pulled, it was exerting pressure on his trachea and causing him to intermittently choke and needed one that fit differently, fit better, supported in different areas and this K9 one absolutely did the job and the fellow that was helping us in the Enniskillen store made sure that it was the right one for Paco before we left.GREAT staff! Absolutely brilliant store I have two pugs that only eat human food so the staff recommend food and its a life changer and very reasonably priced and both of them love it, also the staff are Fantastic brilliant bunch of guys and girls so I highly recommend. Thank you all at Jollys.

I was in there today to get a few stuff for my pet, and the state of the cages where they keep the parrots in is just outrageous. The water containers filthy, the cages extremely small (by the way like 15 budgies in one small cage) and dirty, and it’s not like the staff were overwhelmed with customers or anything like that, theye were just too busy chatting (3 members of staff). Last time i was in there i did point that out and they brushed it off as in nothing was actually wrong. Too bad i didn’t take any photos :) but there’s always a next time in this case.

Very friendly staff great variety of pet stuff

Great selection of pet food for a while range of animals, especially so for dogs and cats and a great selection of wild bird food. Very good range of dog accessories as well and all at decent prices.

I would give it 5 stars but I find the prices a bit high. Having said that, they might be competitive for the local area (I've not researched). Wide range of stock and helpful friendly staff... Very clean premises.
