Brilliant service. I took my partners PS5 SCUF reflex wireless controller in and had it back within 5 hours. Fixed his stick drift and a faulty back paddle. Extremely reasonably priced and a lovely bloke. Will definitely be returning.

Wow, where do I start. Called RTR at midday asking if I could drop my PS5 in for the dreaded liquid metal overheating. Dropped the playstation off at 2pm and was on my way to collect it just after 4pm ! Super quick response with messages and even quicker services (the prices are incredible too !) Will be using Redd Tech for everything from now on !!!

Had issues with my PlayStation 5 cutting out after only a hour of gameplay, redd tech was able to take it in for me & identity the issue and fix it with no issues! He was so polite and talked me through everything from start to finish with regular updates throughout the day and I had it home by tea time after only calling him that morning! And the cut out issue is now gone! Price was really affordable (i had shopped around and everywhere else was asking £££) highly recommended, i will be taking all of my family’s gadgets to him from now on! Thanks again Redd Tech!

Took mine and my sisters laptop in. Both of ours wouldn't turn on at all. Rich managed to get them both fixed in less then a week and for only £120. A shocking price but im so happy. Thank you so much. If any other of my devices break ill be going here.

Absolutely faultless service, 10/10 recommend to anybody who needs their laptop fixing! My laptop was thermal throttling and from drop off it took 24 hours for the laptop to be stripped, fixed and put back together using the best quality thermal paste. Will be returning every 6 months for servicing as you can trust you won’t be ripped off and get great value for money. Thanks again for the repair

I had a problem with my computer. When I turned on the computer, the fans and backlight worked, but the image was not displayed on the monitor. Tried to figure it out myself, and tried like that for 2 weeks. It got to the point where I started looking for a place to fix my computer. Found a beautiful person, came and left the computer. and on the same day he finished everything. And not only that, I did cable management and installed Windows 11. I am very satisfied, and now I can play on the computer. And that was way cheaper than i was expecting.
