PureGym London Hammersmith Palais

Went in for a gym tour. Great space to do your workouts, lots of equipment machines, cables, free weights and plate loaded machines. Wasn’t too busy on a Sunday at around 3/4pm.

Great gym with good equipment can get busy like most gyms at peak times but like me being electrician who works days & nights, usual early hours of morning coming from work very few people in there that's one of the things i like about 24hr gyms, + at the end of the training session i like hitting hydro - massage its an nice touch, but one little negative is after all these years open in Hammersmith is the cross trainer, i my self don't mind them but visiting other gyms i would like to see a few elliptical cross trainer machine's being installed them machines really put you through there paces .

Most disgusting PureGym I’ve ever been - it is NEVER clean - i have gone early morning, afternoon and evening and not once has it been cleaned - it’s not only the people that go to this gym (that refuse to put weights back or clean up after themselves) but also the staff who always seem to be here just potting about rather than putting the weights back and making it look presentable - it is literally a safety hazard at this point cause everything is flung everywhere - I’m finding dumbbells everywhere - plates scattered. Most horrible PureGym ever, do not come to this one - not worth the money at all

It has all the equipment and space you could need, however it’s super busy all the time and not cool enough, especially in these hotter months!! If you don’t mind working out at 5am when it’s quieter then fair enough. Otherwise it’s packed and kinda warm.

I am pure gym member from a quite long time and never been an experience before like the one today . This trainer called Lorenzo leo denied me right away from the class saying they do not have space for the respective class in a rude way. I have never seen any trainer deny any member before , infact they try to accommodate as much as possible . This guy was rude and I would never go to his class , and his attitude is not acceptable!

Very large space, but probably the dirtiest and disorganised gym I've ever trained in. I'm a morning and afternoon person, and these pictures are what the gym looks like at 5 am. It looks the exact same even in the afternoon when I return, just with more people. The equipment is all over the place and never picked up. In the two months I trained there, I only once saw a trainer pick-up the space, and the other times they contributed to the mess.For the amount of space the layout is poor and there is too much cardio equipment and not enough free weight equipment downstairs. Even at 5 am, I find myself waiting to use a squat rack or bench press.The new additions they seem to be making are nice, but I can't imagine what it's going to look like now that there are more dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells - it's going to be even worse downstairs!

I’ve been a member of other Pure Gyms before but this one is my least favourite. There’s no phone reception so you have to make sure to download music or workouts ahead of time. The wifi they have is O2 and works very sparsely. It also doesn’t have any windows which makes it very dark and uninspired.Machines are often full but there’s a good offer if you can make off-peak times.

Great gym, has plenty of racks in different areas. Floor equipment has just doubled so they have machines upstairs and downstairs. Personally, I go in the morning so it's not busy at all, which is the best time to go. I think due to its location it attracts alot of people during peak hours. Going after work is a huge no-no, you will never find a free bench and have no space to workout. However, for it's location it is rather large and has a lot of floor space. The gym staff are helpful and readily available most of the time.

RUDE STAFF. Arrived at 6.30am with some friends to use three off the exercise bikes (in the open workout area). At 7.00 a staff member came over and rudely told us those bikes were for her class at 7 am every Thursday (as if we were supposed to know!) and that we couldn't use them. If she'd used a single please or thank you I would not have minded but instead I have cancelled my membership and won't be coming back.Management need to train staff better (common theme in the reviews that the staff are rude).

Good gym with plenty of options. What I enjoy the most is the energy of the classes instructors.
