The Ginger Tree was recommended to me, for flowers for my Mum’s funeral in April. They surpassed all expectations, the flowers were stunning. Two wreaths of all white flowers, quite ‘wild’ and natural looking, an abundant sheaf of white lilies and a hand tied bouquet of red, pink, purple. Would highly recommend for special occasion flowers when quality and style are paramount.

Had a terrible experience. They sell flowers they know are going to fail, are rude, unprofessional and really overpriced. Will never buy from them again.I message saying hydrangeas in bouquet failed in 24hours which ruined the display. Was told to come in for replacement when next there ( I live an hour away).Because I didn’t go in for 2 months, they made it difficult as possible ie where’s message, you should have come in before ( I explained I had COVID, knee/ joint issues and emergency operation plus live an hour away. Totally unempathic and only replaced 2 pink hydrangeas which they said always fails!!!!So really did not compensate for the bouquet failing.

Recieved stunning birthday bouquet. Beautiful colours, flowers well picked as not all open so I will have much to look forward to as they open.

It is always an absolute pleasure to visit The Ginger Tree. They give everyone such a warm welcome and make you feel special. It’s the little things, like remembering your name and, remembering what you like. It feels personal. The flowers are exceptional, always great quality and long lasting. Can’t wait to get my next bunch!
