Going to Viavi:be gym has changed my life. I have longterm health issues with my joints and never imagined that I would find myself regularly visiting a gym and growing in strength and flexibility. At Viavi:be you feel safe because the trainers treat you as an individual, working out what is best for you and regularly reviewing your progress. The resistance machines are wonderful and the infra red sauna is the perfect way to wind down after a session. What also appealed to me was that Viavi:be takes a holistic approach - there is lots of excellent guidance on good sleep practices plus diet and nutrition. I can't recommend the gym and the people who work in it too highly.

This excellent gym focuses on fitness but health and longevity very much too. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and no mirrors make a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and one you want to build into your week. The initial tests of your current health and fitness are enormously helpful for goal setting as well as being of just general interest. Nutritional as well as fitness advice and a rotation of exercises on the machines, around every six sessions, means you do feel steady improvements and progress, which continues to motivate you and it is all done for you electronically.No one taking selfies here and it's a refreshingly broad range of ages amongst the members. The infrared sauna is excellent. The future of gyms!

Viavi:be is a completely different experience to traditional gyms. It’s significantly more inclusive than any other fitness gyms, and adds regular assessments and holistic lifestyle education for sustainable results.The team are always welcoming and generous with their support. Unlike any other gym I have used before it has become a valuable resource for all-round health. Supportive and knowledgeable team, regular assessments, amazing health talks and a great sauna!

I've gained great results from using this gym for the past 6 months. Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This gym provides a safe, efficient and effective exercise programme coupled with health evaluations so you get a real sense of what progress you have made.

The perfect little gym if you are not a typical gym goer but just want to get stronger and fitter, especially if you have an injury or aches and pains and may not have exercised much in the past. Its based on a few bikes/cross-trainers for a warm-up/down and has specialist machines that are tailored to your needs to build strength and tone. Ben and other trained staff are around to give friendly but expert advice and help you make the best of your workout. You can also attend classes and access physios. I was recommended it by my physio who works from there. Highly recommended and very good value.

This is the best gym we have ever used. Designed for intelligent use, each piece of equipment is adjusted to one's personal requirements - strengths and weaknesses, and on hand always, are the staff who have the knowledge and skill to guide, inform, advise and enable each individual to reach targets that have been set according to the detailed analysis of body measurements taken at the beginning of one's membership. If you're the kind of person who hates traditional gyms, then this is the place for you! Amazing staff and they've made it super easy to learn how to get the most out of the equipment but also offer incredible advice on diet, sleep, stress etc. The method is tried and tested and staff are always on hand to advise and motivate you-it's honestly like having a personal trainer!

I joined Viavi:be almost a year ago.It has been a very positive experience and the only gym where I have stayed and not left after a few weeks.I think this is to do with the support and encouragement of the staff who all have excellent amounts of expertise and advice.The health evaluations are particularly helpful and enable you to maintain your motivation and keep focussed.I would strongly recommend Viavi:be to anyone who has struggled in the past with sustain a regular gym routine.
