I went dining with my grandma and the whole dining experience was top!I also work in hospitality and I can say logistics were looking great, the service provided by our waitress Alyson, a Greek sir and the Manager Sandra was lovely.We both had the Christmas Set Menu, we got different starters to share and then we both ordered the Lobster & Crab Black Tortelloni and were just amazing, pasta was perfectly cooked with a a delicious fresh tomato sauce.Thank you S. Would give it no stars if possible- Came at a not busy after lunch time- Horrible service. Food pretty bland. Brought bread out after we finished our meal - very very slow. Go somewhere else.Look at that amazing salad.

Me and my partner were looking for somewhere to eat on a Saturday night (you can only imagine how hard that is lol). Luckily Carluccio’s had a table for 2! The service was lovely. Our server was a man maybe in his late 40’s, who told us he’s new, but he was very professional and definitely didn’t give off a newbie vibe. He made sure our night was enjoyable and we had everything. When it comes to the food, it felt a little bit average. My pasta could’ve done with more sauce and flavour. Would like to come back, and give other meals a try!

I stumbled upon this restaurant near work, and it turned out to be a good find. Even though it gets pretty busy, I was surprised they managed to bring out orders relatively quickly. It'd be even nicer if they had more staff, especially during the lunch rush. The food is quite good, and they offer a nice variety. Overall, a convenient spot for a tasty meal, but they could use some extra help during busy times.

Beautiful decor and great atmosphere. Really enjoyed our time there. Food is average, at least the meal we had - sounded much better on the menu than what actually arrived on the plate.

I love this place! The owner and the staff are super friendly, the food is delicate and amazing, the chairs are comfy, the spacing between the tables is large enough to have a tranquil meal (this is rare), there are great cakes, danisheses and muffins to take home. What's not to love. I could live here. The dolcettis are to die for, the warm mini donuts filled with pistachio and white chocolate are the best things I ever ate.

Breakfast was overall great, the pancetta was probably a little too salty but its okay. Portion sizes were just the right amount. Took a little longer to get attention from the staff to place an order even though it wasn’t too busy. But staff were still friendly and service was good.

What a lovely spot. This place is Coeliac accredited and a great place to visit if you’re a coeliac. Service was excellent, orange juice freshly squeezed, delicious porridge. Highly recommend going for breakfast.

I have visited the restaurant with a friend and ordered Goat's Cheese Salad and squeezed orange juice.The Goat's Cheese Salad was very tasty, rich in dressing.Also, due to my sensitive throat, I have asked the waitress if I can have a warmed juice which she kindly brought for me.I liked the atmosphere as well, because the all-glass facade allows all available light from outside to enter the restaurant which looks brighter as a result.
