I very rarely give any one 5 stars but his efficient service, friendly advice and professional approach deserves it.He sorted out our problem in no time at all at a very reasonable cost.I would definitely recommend him.

I reported the loss of any signal (so no TV) and Ian came out immediately in difficult circumstances, for which I am extremely grateful. Very professional and caring of my situation and a moderate charge for the work he did. I would recommend to anyone. Well done!

The most unhelpful rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Obviously did not want to help as in his words, I have other stuff to do. Shop is never open, so phone calls only. Avoid.

Phone to purchase a replacement satellite dish as l wanted to support local shops. I was told sorry we don't sell satellite dishes. But we can fit one for you. " Totally useless. Used Amazon it arrived next day. 5 minutes job done."

Had this company out just before christmas , i phoned up sky because i was having problems , and i would have had to wait till late January in the new year until some one could come out ,so i told my neighbour and she said try the aerial and satellite centre , so i rang them and as you can imagine they were busy but because i had no tv signal at all they went out of their way to sort out my issue and i had the tv working just in time for christmas !!! Thank you !!! Even more they were cheaper than sky for a call out !!! so i don't know what the other review is about . (surely if it was just one button, couldn't you of done it yourself)

I drove past first time because the sign over the shop was upside down, so I assumed they had closed down. I actually stopped on my way back and saw they were open. A helpful assistant said the engineer would phone me, which he did an hour later, and arranged to visit tomorrow. I think that's good service.

Had an old sky satellite dish pretty much falling of the wall , Called into the showroom and spoke to a member of staff which pointed me in the correct direction with lots of options, in the end i went for a non rusting satellite system, Now i am watching tv with no break up, all i have to do now is to paint the wall where the old rusty sky dish left marks and job done :)Thanks again guys.David Ross

Charged me fifty quid for a fifteen minute visit granted I accepted his call out but all he did was press one button on the remote. Problem fixed. Still charged me 45 plus vat! Really?

Won't give refund for something not even taken out of the box, but I also found he was charging nearly 3 times more than others in the same area be aware look around before going here.

I Had enough of paying for sky , visited the shop and they explained about freesat , when purchasing the box of them they even offered to set up the box for me in store so all I had to do was plug in it !!! No more subscriptions for me .
