Kevin Tilmouth Garden Design and Property Maintenance

Kevin came to our house to quote for a decking job, he was helpful and informative but then didn’t provide a quote as promised. When chased we were told he didn’t fit the type of decking we wanted but he didn’t tell us that when he came round to quote? We then asked for a quote to fit the type of decking he was used to and we have not heard back. Unfortunately this has wasted time we could have spent getting some else to do the work.

Absolutely beautiful perfect what a difference he has made

On reading the exellent reviews for kevin we contacted him to lay new turf and do a few other jobs in our front garden we were not disappointed he did an excellent job transforming our garden and left everything very tidy on completion we recommend him to several friends who contacted him for similar jobs in their gardens but unfortunately this is where kevin was a big let down he never responded to any of their enquiries which was a bit embarrassing for us and I have since left messages for more work on my own garden but again no response maybe kevin had too much work and was unable to help but a simple call to explain would of been helpful it's such a shame because as I said the work he did was excellent
