Sells broken products. Tried to bring back the broken item and she said it's not her responsibility to do anything if it's broken and that I should call the police ???

The sign always used to catch my eye as I walked past this prestigious establishment, decided to go in yesterday and the large bloke behind the counter provided great hospitality and discounted meerkats. Would recommend to any Oxford commuter!

I purchased a Lebara top up which didn't work. I returned to the shop and asked sellers to activate it on my phone but they failed. Manager told that he doesn't understand anything. In the end, they offered me to buy a new SIM card though mine works perfectly well.This shop sells awful/fake products - avoid it if you can!

I’ve heard far too many instances of this shop selling out of date products, broken products and used products. I still continued to shop there until I myself was given a product from behind the till which had an opened box and was completely used by a member of staff. I was only given this after I paid and then they refused to refund or exchange it. When I asked why or how else this product would be finished unless a member of staff used it up and put it back on the shelf, they refused to answer and had the nerve to ask if I’d like to buy another. So many hard working genuine customer experiences that can be had at the wonderful corner shops in central oxford, castle news is not one of those places. A complete scam.

These people are criminals, false reviews below, go a few steps away to a supermarket!
