Five Guys Preston
Best Five guys here. Staff went the extra mile. 2 pounds cheaper here compared to piccadilly at 16 pounds for everything. Got free nuts too and loads of extra chips. Love the free re fills. Worth every penny. Can't wait to go back

Food is always fresh and of a good standard. My only issue is with my experience on both occasions I have visited here. I used gift cards (because who is paying full price for 5 Guys) none of the staff knew how to process a gift card, not even the manager. This meant a lengthy time waiting for my food. I believe some form of gift card training needs to be given to staff members to improve this experience. Otherwise happy with everything, tastes great just very expensive.

We called in yesterday evening. Friendly service, with a smile, from the lad serving on the tills. Complimentary monkey nuts. Milkshake lush. Burgers amazing as always. Loads of fries for the large cajun. Refillable soft drinks. Clean and tidy. Not cheap, but neither is anywhere with quality food and fresh ingredients, worth every penny.

Waited for over an hour for my food to be delivered by an Uber driver on a pushbike who had a number of other deliveries to make within a 3 mile radius. Needless to say the food arrived stone cold and inedible.Contacted Five Guys who pacified all responsibility blaming Uber for sending the delivery driver on a pushbike. Your response will no doubt be the same however it’s the five guys brand which is being damaged.. perhaps something to consider?Never again

I have been before, and the first time, it was amazing (I'm not a burger lover either!). However, on my recent visit, the burger meat was full of gristle, and I really didn't enjoy it at all. They have changed the fries, too, and then were gross. The milkshake was still good. I don't know why the quality of the food has gone so poor, but change it back Five Guys...and quick!

Really really let down.I LOVE FIVE GUYS.I used to live in chester and loved going five guys in Cheshire oaks.I m now in lytham st anns .I m working today In Preston so it was finally.time to get some five guys fries. That's all I ordered a small fries.I went at around 1pm and it was dead but I waited abiut 15 mins for my fries and my God they were sooooo under done.Warm squshy potatoe.Real let down.An the woman that served me kept staring at me to the point I check my flys were not undone(they weren't). Very odd and made me feel abit uneasy.I went next door to McDonald's After binning the expensive unreadable chips

As I first time visitor to Five Guys with my son, I found the food was delicious, but very expensive! (£34 for two burgers, chips and drinks) I will definitely visit again though as a treat ☺️ The spicy chips are addictive and we left absolutely stuffed.
