Fantastic friendly staff from the receptionists to the physiotherapists.Very helpful and knowledgeable where nothing is too much trouble.The only issue which is out of their control is the lack of parking in the surrounding area. They have a small car park on site but if this is full you could be driving around for a while.However, once you're in, it is a friendly, relaxed and professional experience.

Over the years the DTR clinic have helped in my recovery from various injuries. They are effective, professional and very honest. If they don't feel they can help they tell you. In my experiance they are the best. Thanks especially to Christine.

I went in to see Deelan as I was dealing with pretty bad pain on the right side of my back due to a fall I had not long ago and the injury I suffered as a result of it. After 4 sessions with Deelan, I'm very happy to say that the pain has completely gone away, and not only that Deelan also sorted out some posture issues that I've dealt with for years and now my posture is the best it has been since I was a kid. Deelan was also very clear with his treatments and very supportive and kind throughout the whole time I was there. Honestly I cannot recommend this place enough :)

Dissatisfied with experience here, booked an appointment with ankle pain, wrongly diagnosed and recommended to go to a podiatrist. The Physio was a very lovely lady however she didn’t take any notes upon subjective assessment, so I already felt I was not been taken seriously, then during treatments she proceeded to go to the next plinth and start treating another patient simultaneously. Never experienced this when paying for private physio, you expect to have their full attention. Told it was my ATFL, it was not, I know now because I visited a different clinic after being disappointed by this one. Treatments seem outdated and treating more than one patient at a time is just unprofessional and something I’d never experienced from a physio appointment. Wouldn’t recommend for MSK injury, there are much better options around Cardiff

If unfortunately like me you suffer with back & leg problems, this is the place to go. Excellent professional, friendly staff operating in a well equipped clinic.Apart from normal physiotherapy, they also offer acupuncture, which I find works well for me.

Excellent physios, but parking is an absolute nightmare. There is one parking space underneath the building, if that's taken you have to try your luck on the road. But Cardiff council have made the surrounding area resident only, and have replaced parking spaces with bus & cycle lanes - so leave plenty of time to find a parking spot, or better still get a lift.

My first time having to see a physiotherapist. Weeks of being in pain with my knee and not getting anywhere with the doctors, my step father recommended Steve Cannon in the DTR clinic.What an incredible man! He clearly knows his profession.Very professional, but with a sense of humour. Really put me at ease and gave me peace of mind. So pleased this clinic was recommended. Receptionist was equally as lovely.Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of physio.
