Concept did a fantastic job on our new bathroom (working with designs by Panos at Parker Bathrooms). Cristiano, Lucas & Roni were incredibly clean and polite and the tiling and attention to detail was excellent. They also worked with us to help reduce the overall costs when the initial quote was too high, and we're delighted with the finished bathroom!

Sotiris and Cristiano did an incredible job on our house. They completed a complete strip out and installation of both our kitchen and bathroom. They also coordinated the rest of the full refurbishment for our house. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process and did a brilliant job. We were happy working with them throughout the build and are still happy with the results a year after the works. I would use their services again and would recommend them.

The guys all did a great job on my bathroom. They were very helpful with sound advice from beginning to end and accommodating to any changes as the project went on. It was finished to a very high standard and turned out exactly how I’d hoped. They were also very tidy and easy to have around the house. I’d definitely recommend. Thanks!

This is the second time we’ve worked with Sotiris and Cristiano. They did a great job fitting our bathroom, so we had no hesitation in asking them to do a full rip-out of a tired, neglected kitchen and completely transform the space. We’re delighted with the result – a modern, functional, stylish kitchen. Their hard-working, friendly team were very professional and showed great skill, patience and determination to get the job done to the highest standard. It was a pleasure working with them again. Excellent in every way.We had a bathroom completely renovated including a new ceiling. During the project we discovered that a bathroom on a floor above had been leaking and rotting the joists. The guys explained everything, fixed the leak in the bathroom above, installed new joists, and completed the bathroom renovation to the highest of standards.It was fantastic to have them working in the house, we trusted their input in all things, and look forward to having them back to do our kitchen renovation.

I have had a complete rip out, redesign and fitting of a new bathroom with pump for the shower and bath. The service from Sotiris and his team was excellent. Their attention to detail, high standards and professional workmanship is at a 5 star level. I completely recommend them as a company. Nothing is too much trouble, all staff polite, respectful and left the area spotlessly clean and tidy each day. The contract was started and finished on time with a follow up visit to check customer satisfaction. Fantastic work and my bathroom is a delight.
