Do not touch this place they don't listen to anything you say it's all about what they want.This is not a review as I'm behind on rent as I'm all up to date it's about laura and her team being bullies especially Jeanette (manager) and David(inspector) former police officer and still thinks he is.They have been referred to the 1st tier on numerous occasions and this has been confirmed from other agencies on the streetFor your sanity stay clear this place won't be around much longer.I'm now in contact with the landlord direct to deal with themTerrible businessUPDATE on this companyIf you find yourself having an issue and you need to use their emergency number be prepared to face a large billAngel homes have no procedures in place to cover call out charges and repair costs so as a tenant you are expected to pay upfront and try to reclaim from them they then say they will contact the landlord to see what they want to do.If they didn't have a shop front they would be considered scammersAgain avoid this place at all costs

We can't praise Claire and the rest of the team at Angel homes highly enough. They made it so easy for us and dealt with any queries fast and efficiently. They promised us it would all go to plan which it did. We couldn't have been happier with them. We would recommend anyone thinking of buying or selling there home to use Angel homes.

Recently used Angel Homes for selling my property. From my initial meeting with Laura I knew I wanted them to market the property. All the staff I dealt with were very professional. The photos and marketing took place within a day or so of instruction and I was kept up to date of every step. Property sold within a week of going on the market.
