Chris and his team installed a new roof on our garage. From first contact to job finish he was polite, professional and most importantly advised us fairly. I cannot fault anything about his work, they even tidied up the garden afterwards and all in the rain!!! Thank you so much! 100% would recommend!

Chris and his team provided us with a fantastic, prompt service at a very reasonable cost. We had some storm damage to our garage roof which meant garage contents getting wet. Chris was very helpful and even patched up the damaged area to make it waterproof right away - very impressed... The new roof was then installed very quickly and professionally.

We had a very large section of roof that needed to be restored, the guys did an excellent job. They also replaced some tiles on our very old cottage roof and took great care not to break any further tiles, which was a challenge as they are very brittle. We are really pleased with the work and the price. I don't hesitate to recommend them and will have them back for more work in the future.

All we want from our local tradesfolk is a professional and honest job, at a reasonable price. Valeside absolutely exceeded expectations for me, on a relatively small job, which is why I've asked them to come back and carry out a full inspection of our roof and carry out the remaining repairs.Spot on time keeping and excellent communication too. Highly recommended.

Outstanding. Highly recommended professional and knowledgeable service. Had problems with ridge tiles, covered by NHBC guarantee. Chris was easy to contact and quick to offer assistance. Arranged scaffolding and repair with no problems at all. Always easy to contact by text, phone and email and kept me informed of progress etc. Would use again if required and cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks Chris and team, keep up the good work.

Sadly I can’t give a better rating as Chris seemed like a nice chap and his company has good ratings but we booked in 5 times over the last two weeks for him to come and give a quote for some repairs and each time I had to chase up asking where he was when he didn’t turn up with a response of sorry it slipped my mind. Only leaving a negative review as I clearly stated this was some what of an emergency as bits were falling off my roof and I had concerns for public safely. So I’ve wasted two weeks chasing when I could be getting the work sorted.

Needed a full flat roof replacement. Chris made that happen today, Great work and communication from initial contact right up to the work day. I now have a new roof and all debris removed and tided up afterwards. Very happy with all work done. Thank you.
