Incredible service from Nick at Snows Commercials - I sent through an email query trying to source a replacement for a lost part, in hope more than expectation.In actual fact I didn't even have a photo of the part I needed, just a photo of the space where it used to be, and a basic description.Unbelievably, within an hour Nick had replied to say that not only had he identified the lost part but he had actually managed to find one to replace it and he sent it in the post that very same day! Legend.
