I can’t be anymore grateful to the staff at Lochend branch & especially Oxgangs branch for being so patient and understanding with my deaf American Bulldog Clyde. Over the past 2 months weekly visits done for desensitization. 1-11-23 Clyde was admitted for neutering. Staff gave up their own time and went above and beyond for my boy. Massive thanks to Mel who has treated Clyde like he was her own family member’s. I greatly appreciate all their time and concern.

Vet was great but receptionist had a bad attitude and was very argumentative. On my way into the clinic my dog was attacked (he pulled off his collar and ran into the busy road ) by another dog that was being led out of the vets. The owner of the other dog was busy on her phone and wasn’t focusing on her dog when it happened and I did ask if she was stupid as clearly her dog was nervous leaving the vets and reacted, she should have had better control of her dog and shouldn’t have been focusing on her phone. Reception explained that they couldn’t do anything due to it being outside the property which is fair enough but when I came out of my appointment with the vet she was on the phone with the woman and was telling her to come in and to speak to the vet, that they would sort it and that they apologise ect. She then became very defensive and argumentative with me which wasn’t helpful and I found very sexist and judgmental. Funny how it works one way for her and another for myself when it was my dog that was attacked, not hers.

Our dog loves going here.. he knows it makes him feel better when he’s got a bug. Great staff. Of course it’s expensive - all vets are.

Very helpful and gave us good news about Benji

I am grateful to the helpful , understanding receptionist who enabled little Scoobie to get an earlier appointment . He was suffering from extremely Itchy skin . Thanks to the female Vet who was quick , efficient and her treatment for Scoobie has helped him dramatically . Indirectly I am also happy with the service .

Just great. Exactly what you want from a Vet and more. Staff lovely, organsied, friendly. Perfect!

Always helpful and great with the dogs,

I went to ask about prices for my kitten but the place was closed. I struggle to get out and about to, so it wasn't great that I had put in so much effort to get there!

Absolutely fantastic. Professional and kind from first phone when I had a concern about my dog, the receptionist understood my concerns and ensured my dog was seen quickly.Vet Emma was great at communicating what needed to be done and then provided the results in a easy to understand manner.When I take my dog to the vet I am paying for their experience and advice whilst acting in the best interest of my dogs. That is exactly what I get when I go to Dundas Vets.
