Visited the store in the bon accord centre and was greeted by a lovely young lady called Elise. She Gave exceptional customer service and really went above and beyond. What an absolute delight she was and an absolute credit to the company. I hope she is rewarded generously for her excellent display of all round perfect service that she provided

Why is it, that k ordered a bottle of perfume instore, paid for it, and it arrived in the shop a few days later.. All well, I was happy with it.Yesterday, I go in to do the same, asked to order something that is not in the shop, but get told to order it online myself, and have it delivered to my home address??I told her I am never in during the day, because I work!! I wanted it ordered and sent yo the shop like before..?She seemed a bit dippy if I'm honest!
