The Private Practice

This is the first time i've visited this clinic. Went for an LED light therapy treatment. Lovely clean, bright clinic in JQ. Covid safe as well. Everything was explained clearly and i enjoyed the session. Very reasonably priced as well (£45 for a 30 minute session). They have a lot of other aesthetic treatments available. I'll be going back for further sessions of LED light therapy so i can see the full benefits & eventually may try other treatments

Lovely experience. Very relaxing, very professional and very friendly. Would highly recommend to all.I had the LED light treatment which was amazing. Nasira was well informed and fully explained all the benefits. It was comforting to know I was in the hands of a professional.The clinic is clean and COVID-19 rules were strictly adhered to.Will definitely be going back again.

Had the most wonderful experience with the lovely Raisa today. Warm attentive and really listened to my concerns. Can't wait to start my treatments with her. The clinic is beautiful and the staff really lovely. Thank you for looking after me today . See you next week.

Excellent clinic!Fantastic customer service from Raisah and Dr Nasira. Both extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Was very satisfied with all the treatments I had, and best prices in Birmingham for a medical and safe cosmetic experience.I continue to attend this clinic for my treatments. Very unprofessional medical Aesthetics clinic based in Birmingham.The director Nasira (doctor) and Raisah (pharmacist) run this clinic. Nasira contacted me today (03 December 2023) and accused of me liking an Instagram post and they cancelled my consultation appointment and told me they don't want me as a client with no logic justification is shambolic.The clinic practitioners have less 04 years experience in Aesthetics medicine and running this business.The clinic charges London prices that normally are charged by medical practitioners whom have over 10 years experience in the industry yest the level of professionalism is lacklustre. To cancel an appointment which I booked 7 days in advance with 48 hours notice is abysmal I had to reschedule my other appointment during the working to fit appointment.As a professional myself in financial services with 15 years experience I know how to treat customers/clients with respect and duty of care.Any new clients looking for an Aesthetics and medical clinic. Stay away from this it is run by two cowboys (women). Who are rude, disrespectful and extremely poor and unprofessional.

Raisah Really friendly very professional made me feel really relaxed with the treatment and good listener, Raisah comes from a medical background and she knows her work, I would be recommending to friends and family excellent 10 out of 10 service. The equipment use worked first time and money well spent. Very bespoke service was given. Tailored to meet my expectations and results followed through.

I went to see raisah to have my lips dissolved. Raisah is an amazing person, she knows her work. She always answered my questions no matter what I asked her, no question was silly. Her patience is second to none. The clinic is very clean and the atmosphere is serene. If I have any further treatments it will be here. My lips have returned to there natural shape all because of raisah. Thank you.
