Friendly staff but still very expensive even after offers and limited choices

I got a great deal on perfumes. I wish the staff could have explained about the lasting time of the purchase i made. The perfumes smell great but don't last more than 4 hours. I bought 'SJP Lovely' and CK 'in2u'.

SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!Waited over an hour to place order for 2 products to be delivered!All staff were new to the till system and apparently had no training. Area Manager turned up to the store at the same time and said she didnt know either.Placed and paid for the order. 1 Product turned up. Called Store on 3 Occasions to speak to Lorna Store manager she never called me back once.Spoke to customer services HQ and they said i needed to sort it with the Store....What a lot of rubbish.I spend appx £150 pm with the fragrance shop but will no longer be their customer.People loosing their jobs saying people buy online now but its only because we don't get a service from these type of stores.

Went there this morning. Place has some good brands but unfriendly sales staff lady with an unfriendly facial expression and non helping attitude. Good staff can sell bad products too, but bad staff can never sell even the best products.

A good selection, helpful staff and a discount for blue light card holders.

Some staff don't know how to talk with costumers. They are very unhelpful and they make you to leave the shop asap

Went to buy a perfume, misled to be bought a candle that was on offer. When we went to return it with receipt it was not accepted. Quite unfriendly staff too - it was never written candle anywhere except with a black font on a black cover with a font size of 2 on the box. I have uploaded the pic of the box - not sure if anyone can read the candle part in black font, at least I couldn't !! Absolutely ridiculous justifications from the staff at the till though the bill says can return within 90 days !

They are cheater they charge more than the price available on their websites.We bought 3 hugo boss perfume which cost us GBP103 and on their website it cost GBP 80 .. they are fooling the customer and making money..ridiculous..

Bought a French Connection gift set. Tried at home to test before gifting and it was no fragrance at all for both the bottles. Also the body lotion was very watery. Spoke to the store staff and she said it works fine on testing paper. One has to sniff it hard to get the fragrance. Almost water. I usually buy stuff here but refrain from buying this particular product.
