Cannot recommend Steve enough! He is not only an amazing photographer but really went the extra mile to make sure we had the day we wanted. Our initial zoom meeting was great as we got to know each other and he could sense exactly what kind of photos we wanted on the day. When our first venue cancelled Steve was on hand to help us find another venue which was available, something he didn't need to do but it helped us a lot! Following this, when we decided to have a small wedding sooner instead of what we had originally planned Steve offered straight away to come and photograph for us at the church. On the day Steve was brilliant, he was always around when there was a good shot to be taken but blended into the background so we almost didn't know he was there. He captured the emotion of ourselves and our guests perfectly, even behind the masks! Our photos are perfect, and everyone has commented on how great they look. We've even asked him to come back and photograph our party for us when we can have it. If you're looking for somebody to take natural but brilliant photographs on your special day then we would 100% recommend Art by Design. You won't be disappointed!

Steve was the second photographer at our wedding, and I’m so glad he was. Steve has a great attitude to photography, very relaxed and natural. He blends seamlessly in to the background and captures the day exactly as it was. Only interjecting when it’s necessary to get the specific shots you want. Which was great for us as we really dislike everyone milling around posing for photos!If you want someone that will give you great photos, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout, then look no further.

WOW, WOW, WOW! We feel so lucky and honoured we had Steve to capture our special day. We honestly cant explain by a review how outstanding Steve is as a photographer, as a professional and now as a friend that understood our personalities and how we wanted our day to be photographed.As we were at the end of the pandemic restrictions we were always on edge whether or not our day would even go ahead, regardless of that Steve was always there for support, was so flexible for date changes and meetings that it made our wedding experience so easy. Steve was incredible on our wedding day - a brilliant feat considering we were in Lockdown. We had a venue change and a date change and Steve took it in his stride so that we were never worried about photos.Even with just six of us there, he still managed make our day feel really special, there are some amazing pictures, including the best photo of my parents that I've ever seen and was an absolute pleasure throughout.Highly highly highly recommend him.

Steve was so friendly, approachable, warm and professional. Steve was recommended to us by my husband's brother. When i went online to see his work, he had actually just taken photos for my friends wedding. His work speaks for itself, his photographs are beautiful. He makes it very hard tasks for you to pick the ones that you want to use in your albums and to print.Steve was a star and I would and will be recommending him to anyone that is looking for a photographer.

Steve was so wonderful to work with! We had a small laidback ceremony and wanted elopement style photos. We didn’t have a set plan of photos we wanted. Steve was down for anything! He helped us find the perfect view on the coastline and expertly captured our day. I can’t recommend him enough!

Steve came highly recommended from our venue - Bryngarw House - and we could not have been happier! Right from the off, Steve took an interest in us and what we wanted from the day, and tailored every last detail to make sure he captured everything we really felt was important. Steve is such a great collaborator and makes sure that at all times, you are still in control - there was no pressure on timings or being taken away from your day to get shots - we were really happy with how relaxed the whole day ran and part of that was down to Steve making us feel so comfortable. Enjoyed our dog photography session. Steve made us feel at ease and the beautiful photographs he produced made it so difficult to choose which one we wanted for our wall art. We were over the moon with our canvas.

Steve photographed our wedding day in September and he was absolutely brilliant! After booking our wedding venue, he was the first supplier we booked and I'm so happy that we did. He was friendly and a pleasure to work with. As well as taking great photos, he also offered various useful tips throughout the wedding day, and even went to sort out the situation when we realised the bags of confetti were missing. Our guests really liked him too. Would highly recommend!
