Abby has been absolutely incredible taking care of our two cats, Ožka and Brian, while we were away—particularly in her ability to cater to special medical requirements for one of them.When we found out that Brian had a heart condition and would need to take daily tablets for the rest of his life, we feared we’d need to cancel upcoming trips and rethink our year. Thankfully, Abby was more than happy to give him his tablets, concealed in food, and was great at following our established process and keeping us informed.Looking forward to booking her again for our next time away!

Abby has been regularly looking after my cat Kiki for the past few months. Due to family circumstances and working commitments, I have been away a fair bit.I am very grateful to Abby, who has been there that whole time to look after her. She has always been available at a drop of a hat, very flexible, kind, understanding and more importantly very reliable. I have my peace of mind when I leave Kiki now, as I know Abby will make sure she is all right, and will communicate daily with me to give me news and send me pictures.Thank you Abby!
