Worst customer experience possible. Entered shop at 3.50 pm to buy a harness for our dog. Told by a very miserable person that “we had better be quick since she was shutting the shop at 4”. Didn’t show us where they were on display or offer any assistance whatsoever. Totally unhelpful and disinterested. Just sat behind her desk staring at her computer. Pity since it is a well stocked shop and has no local competition, but I would never revisit.

Excellent family-run pet shop stocked with all that our black lab needs, including a great range of favourite toys. Very friendly and helpful staff. Open throughout all the recent lockdowns too.

Thank you so much to the lady in store on Good Friday (from Sidcup) for the dog biscuits for travel sickness. They worked a treat & we made it home to Essex without any incidents!
