I went to Jonny with a few niggling issues with my knees, hip, lower back and feet. I immediately felt at ease and able to talk freely about everything that was bothering me. Jonny was friendly, professional, understanding and hugely knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and in a way that I could easily understand what was happening in my body and set me up with a programme of exercises to help me strengthen my joints. We worked on each area over a few weeks until I felt confident that I could continue on my own using the techniques Jonny has given me. I feel much stronger and reassured that everything I was worried about can be rectified. I’m really glad I found PAWB Physio, I highly recommend!

As an international athlete I’ve picked up many bumps and injuries over the years. Jonny was my Welsh squad physio for 4 years and because of his attention to detail, experience, knowledge, and approachability, I will continue seeing him privately as I continue with international duties (and beyond). He investigates cases thoroughly and always provides a programme/course of action that suits me and my end goal. He’s a professional in everything he does and I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Suffering with arthritis in my knees and injuring myself during training just weeks before the Cardiff Half Marathon Jonny helped me get back on track. I still can’t believe I ran the whole race. I can’t thank you enough. Would highly recommend.

I have an extensive history of sporting related issues and have spent years trying to rectify them. Finding Jonny and working with him has changed everything in my amateur sporting career. Problems that I once thought insoluble have been unravelled and progress is being made I didn't think possible. After a very long period of cronick back pain which at 62 years old was having a massive impact on my life,a family member put me in touch with jonny at the PAWB clinic, my first consultation was in early feb 23, jonny quickley put in place a series of exercises for me to complete at home while also having treatment at the clinic.he also eased me into.some gym work and encoraged me to go on walks which id previously enjoyed. My last appointment with jonny was mid june 23. My back was 95% better, In short my physical health and mental health is excellent and i feel fantastic. Jonny was very professional in his clinical advice and explained things very simply. Jonny is an excellent physio and a lovely person. He makes sure to get a full overview of your health and lifestyle and pays close attention to the way your body reacts to different treatments to ensure the correct approach is taken.
