Brilliant service. Phoned up first thing and ordered and paid for a fridge freezer as my packed in the night before. It was delivered later that day. Wonderful customer service on phone and great service from delivery driver. Can't fault this place. 5 stars and a big thank you

Have purchased a couple of things from here and service received has been nothing short of superb. Nice to purchase from a trustworthy local busniess instead of faceless online corporation. Todays visit was due to damaged fridge freezer, arranged for replacement without any hesitation or hassle doubt youd get that with ao or currys.Highly recommend this business.

Recently purchased a new tv, replacing one that was damaged and a little out of date. After looking at too many which reviews, online at the usual big names and in store without finding what I was looking for I called into RJ electrics which is a real Aladdin's cave :) Got the perfect tv size wise, features and price point. No issues re waiting for stock like other stores. Really appreciated the honest & helpful advice. Would recommend to anyone looking for new appliances and will be back in the future.

Purchased a microwave yesterday, had visited large store earlier and selected model which was out of stock and couldn’t be ordered? So I looked for another appliance business in the area. Prompt service with RJ appliance plenty of stock and No different in price! Staff very courteous and helpful.On entering any business in these uncertain times we, as customers are obliged to follow guidelines of not only businesses but also medical expertsie wearing masks etc.Staff do suffer unbelievable abuse and unfair criticism from some customers and so I can understand their occasional overreaction.A satisfied customer.

Ordered our new cooker from RJ electrics after getting advice from Paula via email. We ordered it on Thursday or Friday of last week and have just had it delivered and installed today, the Tuesday following. Very fair installation fee of £40 while big companies like curries charge £75 installation and a further £15 to take your old appliance away! Also free delivery to Donaghadee. Can't recommend them highly enough :)

I needed a new freezer and RJ was very helpful in discussing my needs, helping me to choose a product which was ideal for me. The installer was excellent leaving a well engineered job, neat and tidy.I will use RJ again.
