We visited last Saturday. My little boy took ages to decide which bike he wanted. A lovely member of staff called Dominic was really helpful and spent a lot of time helping him pick the right one. He loves his little police electric bike. Thank you

Its Black Friday so Smyths Toys decide to increase their prices instead of lowering them like others have lowered.The Tow truck was £119.00 yesterday 23rd Nov but now its gone up by £10 Why is this ??? :-(

I rang the store beforehand asking if they’d check my car seat was fitted to the safest ability, the lady who answered the phone was friendly and happy to help.We turned up at the store, being seen straight away by Robert. He didn’t hesitate to help guide us and advise any adjustments. Robert was helpful and very friendly. Great customer service. Will definitely go back. He didn’t ask for a receipt of purchase either even though we brought it, he was just happy to help.Thanks!

We went in store today for a new car seat and was greeted by a lady called Amie . Amie was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the car seats and shown us how to best fit a couple of them into my husbands van. We wanted to thank her for all her assistance today.

Came in looking for PC Gaming peripherals and although the range of products stocked wasn't especially good, the member of staff who assisted me was very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.Would suggest stocking perhaps one more known brand to compliment the Razor products.

Always have shopped at Smyths for years, not gone anywhere else. I made a visit last week to the most loveliest greeting from a young gentleman by the name of kash. Kash was a security guard but now Kash is on the store floor, it is the best thing to have happened. Kash and staff are a credit to the company and long may it continue.
